I had service done at Turnersville Jeep. The service person was nice to speak with until I had an issue. Brenna now has not returned my calls. I had my car in for service and they put a radiator that person was nice to speak with until I had an issue. Brenna now has not returned my calls. I had my car in for service and they put a radiator that did not fit and they had to zip tie it together. Then they replaced that radiator but never put the bolts in my air filter hose or put my engine cover back on my car. I would like my bolts and engine cover back. I would never use this service department again. I will make sure I tell everyone I know who drives a jeep never to use this dealership. More

My daughter had an issue with her Cherokee (transmission related). It was apparently fixed but another issue surfaced. She took it back and was told it was a known issue and they were working on a solution. related). It was apparently fixed but another issue surfaced. She took it back and was told it was a known issue and they were working on a solution. The issue got worse as the vehicle was lurching forward when she slowed down. I called the service manager but he didn’t have a rental vehicle for her. We live almost 30 miles away and I did not want her to go back and forth to Turnersville. He recommended she take her vehicle to a closer dealer which she did. Lucas Jeep was able to quickly identify the issue and apparently performed a software update which was required when the initial repair was done. Don’t sure why your service tech didn’t know that. The Lucas service tech fixed the issue and it’s running fine. You should have received a 1 star but I gave you 2 because of the recommendation to bring it to another dealer. More
