Our Jeep was in for a recall. We were disappointed after waiting 3.5 hours the Jeep had to be left over the weekend for a part. The disappointments and frustration hit again when we had to return it 3 times waiting 3.5 hours the Jeep had to be left over the weekend for a part. The disappointments and frustration hit again when we had to return it 3 times. The issue was finally resolved when the service manager took over and discovered the part was defected. Bob, the service manager was very kind and professional and because of him we would recommend this service center. I hope they test drive and check repairs. More
