Hidden $2500 warrenty, scam artist I bought a focus there which was great.I went to sign paperwork an my loan jumped $3700 because they added a hidden $2500 dollar and mandatory gap plu I bought a focus there which was great.I went to sign paperwork an my loan jumped $3700 because they added a hidden $2500 dollar and mandatory gap plus over chargeing fees.I spoke with the main GM and he told me here's a paper for refund figure it out, I was left to collect all my information and the dealers to try an return my $3700 from a third part company with no help from dealer.I also learned my trade was in auction next day before I even finished the deal with is illegal aswell as they would refuse to give me remaining paperwork which is also illegal.Scam artist aswell as they don't pay your payoff in a reasonable time.i know two other people who are in same situation two weeks apart.The lady in finance also just covered up the tracks telling people "They just move the numbers around to get you a better deal". My wife and I stopped in for the Labor Day sale on Saturn Vue's. Made an appt. was assigned Mike Wolfert. Arrived on time, Mike was waiting, suggested some Vue's he had left from the zero financing sale. Tes Vue's. Made an appt. was assigned Mike Wolfert. Arrived on time, Mike was waiting, suggested some Vue's he had left from the zero financing sale. Test drove vehicle was please from start to finish with Saturn of Turnersville. No hassles with price. Mike was awesome with product knowlege, weighing some options we had regarding specs. Had product ready when we picked it up. Was the greatest new car experience ever.
