Worst Aftercare Ever. I purchased a new 2015 Town and Country Minivan over a month ago. I have driven Dodge, then Chrysler minivans since the mid 80's so I knew exactly wha I purchased a new 2015 Town and Country Minivan over a month ago. I have driven Dodge, then Chrysler minivans since the mid 80's so I knew exactly what I needed for my purposes, and didn't need to be "sold" on a vehicle. I had the typical dealer experience with everyone being very nice that day, and taking far too long to get to the point of signing paperwork and leaving with my new Town and Country, but hey it is what is it. That wasn't the worst part. My complaint has been with the non-exixtant after-care. I never received so much as a call to see how things were going with my new car purchase, and about 3 weeks later when washing the car, I realized the temporary tags had expired and I never received my new license plate AND I was heading out of town the next day. I would have thought my salesperson or at least the dealership would have stayed on top of that, because I didn't know the temp tags were only good for a few weeks. No one mentioned that. I called the dealer, and fortunately whoever I spoke to offered to send them to me while I was on vacation. OK...I figured that was just an oversight, and although they were sent, no one bothered to check to make sure I received them and all was well. Next problem. I bought the car in NJ, but I live in Pennsylvania. After I got my new tags, I put them on the car, and I realized there was no inspection sticker on my car windshield. I never bought a car out of state and no one mentioned anything about inspection stickers, so I called the dealer again, now about 5 weeks post purchase. I spoke with the salesperson I dealt with who wasn't sure what to tell me and told me he'd look into it and get right back to me. I also had a question about my paperwork, because at the time of signing the sales contract, with someone in the financing department, the wrong address was on the paperwork, and I inquired about it numerous time, because they had my correct address (not my parents address which is what was on the paperwork) and I was assured the correct address, would be on all of the paperwork. I trusted that would be the case, so the salesperson said they would look into that as well and call me back. Guess what, no return call, and two days later I call again with the same questions and concerns and speak with two other people....and today, I am still waiting with no return call, so I will now be paying for and wasting time getting an inspection on a brand new car that should have been road ready and problem free as well as trying to figure out how to get all of the paperwork changed to the correct address, as they assured me would be the case, because the dealership is unwilling to help. I also have a few other general questions since making my purchase, and hesitant to even waste my time calling, since I'd don't expect they'd to respond to those inquiries either. :o( I don't need someone to hold my hand after buying a car, but I would think each customer is important, and even a cursory check to be sure everything is going well, thank me for the business, or even a hey, how do you like your new car would be the least they could do. I got none of these things and feel as if I am now getting the run around after the purchase. No thanks to the dealership, I love my new Town and Country minivan, but my customer service after the purchase has been abysmal, and I am very sorry I gave this dealership my business.
