If there are some problems in getting or mailing the plate, you can tell me, it is fine, I can understand. But please tell me the truth. More

TERRIBLE - WASTED 4 Hours before even getting a price. Marcus the Salesman was great for a new salesman. Sales management was horrible. Took 4 hours to get a price. They offered a $500 rebate, when it should have been $1500. They low-balled the trade, and then tried to increase it when I asked for the keys after waiting 4 hours and was fed up. Then tossed the keys instead of handing them to me. Parked our car in a different spot then where we had it and when I asked where it was, nobody would tell us other then it was out in the parking lot. TERRIBLE. Shady managers... BEWARE! More
