They don't know what they are doing. Avoid them. I emailed and called to make an appointment to see a car. When I arrived (after a 1.5 hour drive) the salesman I was told to meet, wasn't there. The fellow they found to help me walked me out to see the car, only to find an empty parking space. Much comedy ensued while they tried to figure out where it was. Turns out it was at their Fiat affiliate 20 minutes away. No problem they said, we'll have it brought over for you. OK, I said, I'll go get a bite to eat and be back in an hour. One hour later, no car..... No one can tell me anything but that it's in route, but they don't know when it will get here. 2 hours after my initial appointment to see the car and they still can't locate it. I WALKED. It would have been an easy in and out, no trade, all cash deal assuming the car was as described. But not once did anyone offer an apology, or even a consistent explanation for why they couldn't live up to a simple appointment, or even come up with the car. No one would even look me in the eye. They are flat out liars and I would recommend avoiding them at all costs. There are just too many other options. I would have given them ZERO stars if the site would allow it. More

Greatly appreciated , thank you once again we had a great time while waiting for our paperwork , being offered pizza and donuts in between:). You guys know your business! Also , very grateful to Steven`s manager, he was extremely personable ! Despite of all the snow we happened to get that day it turned out to be a fun day, they made us feel special and we were treated great not just like another number. More

I previously went to three other dealerships to test drive/talk price and nothing compared to the level of service I received here. Justin was honest about everything with my 2014 Jeep Cherokee. He made me aware of the new 9-speed transmission style and how it operated. He was very knowledgeable about the entire car buying process. Justin and Manning both followed up with me after my purchase and made sure the vehicle was perfectly detailed and a full tank of gas before I arrived. These guys didn't hold anything back and I was just buying a used car. Thank you guys for everything. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! However I do have to say, "Hey Justin, thanks for the Water." Horrible Experience Went in to purchase a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. After getting the run around from Mark Ciacella, the sales manager Fred Layser was able to get me a goo Went in to purchase a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. After getting the run around from Mark Ciacella, the sales manager Fred Layser was able to get me a good deal. Now, a month later, still have no tags and my temporary tags are expired. The dealership never finalized the deal because "they needed more signatures" and it wasn't their fault because "the other finance guy was terminated". I, the customer, had to find this out myself when I tried to make a payment to the bank. Nothing but excuses from these guys. On top of it all, the customer service here is atrocious. Mark Ciacella and Jim Grace are some of the most disrespectful sales people I have ever dealt with. Jim Grace made some of the most degrading comments towards a customer on numerous occasions. After reading the reviews online I still gave this dealership a chance. Now looking back on it, whether I had received a good deal or not, the behavior on behalf of this dealership is utterly unprofessional. If you are going to purchase a vehicle here, steer clear of Mark Ciallela and Jim Grace. Mark will boast about his perfect dealer scores, but that is only because he bribes customers if they give him all 10's on the reviews. So don't be fooled. More
Did not honor the sale, horrible experience I went into turnersville jeep last wednesday(2-24) and spent 3 hours there and they could not make a deal said they would lose to much money. They then proceeded to call me last thursday(2-25) and tell me they can make this deal happen there sales manager fred made some calls and can get me more money for my jeep. I called my sales guy back and told him to give me some solid numbers and call me back, he never did. So last friday they called me again and said sean we gotta get you in here we can make this deal happen please come back. So friday I went in again and spent another 2 1/2 hours and had them go back and forth trying to upsell me on a lease and payment i'm not comfortable with. I'm on a budget and can only afford what I can afford, I told them if they cant make the deal happen for my numbers lets shake hands and part ways. So we did. So the weekend goes by I figured it was dead they couldnt get me at my number, no big deal. So monday(2-29) I talk to my sales guy and he says, listen sean I went to the head boss and he said they can make this deal happen, paying off my jeep in full, 36month lease @580/mo, 12k miles a yr, no money out of pocket at all sign and drive they would take care of the first lease payment required @ signing. The residual value of 68% @ 25,600$. ( I have the text messages of this conversation and agreement). So again I headed in after work. Turns out the jeep we agreed on that they sent me pictures of was being sold to someone else when I got there, they wanted to know that if I would take a black jeep same specs over the white one I was promised. Was disappointed but I said as long as my numbers we agreed on are good then i'm flexible. So they proceeded to write my 2015 jeep up take the tags off and put it in the back lot, filled out all the paper work for new 2016 unlimited wrangler, had me switch the insurance, gave me keys to the new jeep. Told me they were super busy and that his boss would write me up a contract and when they had time to file proper paperwork I would have to come back the next day to sign the rest of papers, gave me a temp tag and said we just need you to sign a few paper and send you on your way and you can come back tomorrow when were not as busy. So when we got to the money paper of the deal after 3 visits to this place and going back and forth and agreeing on a deal they changed everything @ signing. They now wanted 48months @ 587/mo 10k miles a year, 587$ down. I said no! we agreed on the above deal ...... So he called my sales guy in and proceeded to question him on sale. My sales guy made excused and tryed to sell me saying I thought you were ok with this, I said no and showed his boss the text message of what we agreed on. And then I said i've been here 3 times in 6 days we had an agreement and i'm not comfortable changing the terms of lease. They said they could not do it for those numbers and proceeded to try to sell me on a different loan. 48months @586/mo 12k miles , no money down out of pocket. Why cant they honor the deal that brought me back there and put me in the white 4d jeep I was promised? More

Customers are not valued I bought what I thought was a new 2015 Jeep Wrangler from them. When I took delivery there where all wet forms shoved in the glove compartment, I on t I bought what I thought was a new 2015 Jeep Wrangler from them. When I took delivery there where all wet forms shoved in the glove compartment, I on these forms I learned the Jeep was sitting on the lot for about an year. I was told to come back in 5 days to bring financing check, My meeting was scheduled for 5 pm on the paper I was given. I will be honest and I was late, traffic was bad. When I got there I apologized and they said I was scheduled for 6. I showed sales person my paper that said 5. He moved me to a waiting area. He brought one paper at a time for me to sign in waiting area. I never saw the person I was scheduled to see. I then asked for my second key that comes with the vehicle and was told it was lost. They went looking, 2 Hours later I was still waiting on the key and paper work to be done. I was making one of the most important purchases and I was doing it in a filthy waiting room. I left and went home and my husband discovered the key to my lock lugs was also missing and the engine compartment was filthy. (After being "detailed" for a second time) When I called and talked to Keith the sales manager and told him about the missing things he said they where busy and for me to call back on Monday to remind him to find those things that where missing. WHAT...I need to call to remind them. I am a teacher and don't have time for that. So now I have to go back, and wait....I don't know how long for them to "find or Fix" The issues. These things should have been taken care of before I purchased the vehicle. More

Don't listen to the Internet Manager NEVER listen to Jennifer, the Internet sales manager. If they have a car you like, go down and see them. Ask for Mike, one of the sales managers. Josh NEVER listen to Jennifer, the Internet sales manager. If they have a car you like, go down and see them. Ask for Mike, one of the sales managers. Josh is one of the salesmen and is very helpful as well. These folks want to sell a car and are willing to work with you. Jennifer on the other hand simply tells you what you want to hear just to get you into the showroom. And IF you do deal with Jennifer be sure to document all your conversations with her as well. And for goodness sake, don't let her get a car for you! It probably is not what was promised. It certainly was NOT in my case anyway. BTW, we left in our old car. More
