Good luck at this dealership Went to dealership with my wife. We looked at a Grand Cherokee on the floor and was all over the vehicle. No sales person would assist. We walked their entire lot and still no sales representation. We came back another day about three weeks later and we were assigned a salesman that had been there 4 months. Unfortunately we knew more about the vehicle then he did. We ended up making a deal late Saturday and was returning around 6 PM to sign the papers and pick up the car. The salesman text me on Monday and asked when we were coming and I told him again that it would be around 6. He told me he would check with finance to make sure that was ok. We never heard back so we were ther at 6. We were sat down to wait on finance and after 25 minutes I went to get an update. We were approached by a manager and he stayed that they were still working on the papers and we could go get something to eat and come back in 20 minutes. We left and came back in 35 and was told it would be about 20 minutes again. We then went outside to look at the car. The salesman had just returned in the car and it was still wet. They ran it through a car wash. The car was still dirty with water marks all over it. The hood had scratches on it and all willows where smeared up like they were cleaned with a dirt cloth. At that point we left since I was not going to take a new vehicle like that. I returned to the dealership on Wednesday to get my down payment put back on my card and once again they showed me how well their customer service is by trying to make me come. Ask another time to get my money. All I can say is good luck to anyone purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. If I had these issues trying to purchase, I can't imagine what it would be like after the deal. More

I next went on their website to see if truck was listed on site so it should be there I assumed as it was still on website. Ithen emailed for best price and got reply and great price of course and an extra 1K off if I went that day! I even called and talked to internet person who I assumed was at dealer but of course was not and he answered all questions and that the dealer owner was okaying the price just to get a deal done etc. It was Halloween so I went for my treat but I got the trick instead. So I get to dealer and go with sales guy to find vehicle. To my surprise he cannot find truck and I am assuming it will be found but of course it is not found. Next they act like they will give me a 17 for the 16 price. Yeah right. Then the next guy comes out and explains they cannot give me a 17 for 16 price etc. The specific truck I got a specific price on must have sold over the weekend and it takes 2 days for it to be taken off their website. Yeah right. It is still on their website over a week later and probably has been there since selling in summertime and will stay there to lure more people in. Total scam. Then they try to find a similar truck to sell me at other dealers but do not find anything comparable although there are plenty around if they really wanted to get me one. I wasted a couple hours there and accomplished absolutely nothing! The salesman appeared to be in the dark so I cannot blame him but the rest obviously were in the know! They should have filmed the whole transaction as it was the perfect bait and switch tactic which they could use in their training of staff and other dealerships could use it to show how not to sell cars. I though car dealers were trying to get away from all the shady aspects of car sales that turn off the vast majority of buyers but I guess not at this dealership. They are still in the 70s with their tactics. The owners and management should be ashamed of themselves. Any good reviews about this dealership must be friends and family or a few people who don't know any better and just go and sign their lives away for 84 months without doing their do diligence. The internet aspect of cars sales should actually be helpful but it turns out to just be another tactic to totally lie to customers just to get traffic to the showroom. The industry continues to be shady and a disgrace as a result of these types of dealerships and their dishonest tactics. Rating would be less than zero if was possible! WB More

After my credit/income review the pressure to buy that day became so strong, I ended up buying a Grand Cherokee. They were so worried about the end of the month quota that they allowed me to take the vehicle home without my down-payment in hand instead of having me come back the following weekend as I suggested. They called my phone several times a day, and continued to call when I replied that I was at a funeral. Although I've paid most of the down-payment and have already sent the remainder to them), it is 2 weeks later - I still have paperworkTHEY FORGOT to have me sign, I have no tags, now the finance company from the car that I traded has called because they have not received any paperwork regarding the sale. NEVER AGAIN! I am reporting to the BBB More

After a 1/2 hour of waiting for someone to discuss with me, I was told, "I can't sell you the truck". They tell me the price that was advertised and I was quoted is wrong. They want to make it up to me since I drove so far. The made no compensation offer to me. More

Worst Experience Ever!! I bought a Jeep Wrangler on July 27, 2016 and I still did not have any paperwork on the vehicle. It was the end of the month and all they were worried I bought a Jeep Wrangler on July 27, 2016 and I still did not have any paperwork on the vehicle. It was the end of the month and all they were worried about was closing the next deal. So I left that night on temp tags and nothing else. 4 days later the salesperson comes to my home to have me sign the paperwork and leaves with it and tells me that I will receive my copies in the mail after the finance guy reviews it. Well here we are almost a week later and still no paperwork. They keep telling me that it is in the mail. I have made several phone calls and still nothing. So I am driving around with no registration nothing showing that this car belongs to me. I was so happy to find the jeep that I wanted, but that happiness has now turned into a bad experience. For a dealership that wants your business they sure have put a bad taste in my mouth. It does not take 2 1/2 weeks to sign and mail paperwork. Can't wait to see how long it will take me to get my plates. I am very close to unwinding this deal and letting them take the car back. So I just made my last phone today and the new car sales manager now tells me that he will get back to me on Monday. More
