A sales manager named Dave came over to let me know the price of the car was actually 33,995 dude to their "dealer fees" and certified vehicle fees. After getting yelled at by Dave who explained to me I did not know how to buy a car I left the dealership. I would never buy a car from Turnersville Dodge. Wish I read the reviews before going in. All in all it was almost 45 minutes between when I told them I wasn't interested in any cars and when they were finally gracious enough to return my keys to me. More

I drove 85 miles to go look at a white 2015 Dodge Charger with 43K on it. Internet price was 17.9K and the stick price was 22K...test drove it and loved it...sat down to do a deal and after my sales person went to get the numbers he came back to tell me the actual price of the car was 24K because I had to pay for the work that was done on it before I looked at it to get it certified Pre Owned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I left the place thinking what a joke and how can they stay in business.....got home looked on line again and found a white 2016 charger with 15K on it for 21K also CPO and still has the manufacturer warranty at AUTOLENDERS....went and 2 hours later left with my new car!!!!!!! So, again thank you Turnersville Dodge for being the biggest xxxx dealership in NJ because without you I wouldn't have my AWESOME car!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!!!! More

Horrible experience Called about a vehicle. Was told it was gone but they would honor price on a comparable vehicle. When we got there they said they couldn't honor the Called about a vehicle. When we got there they said they couldn't honor the deal because we actually spoke to their call center, which we had no way of knowing. Our registration and paperwork fell through the cracks because our salesman was no longer there. Two days before temporary registration expired we were making the calls to get it done. The 2017 vehicle we bought had a small chip in door edge. They said they would install door guards. After a couple weeks of calls they said they would go to auto parts store and buy them. We told them the time we would get there since the dealership is an hour and a half away, and were told they would be ready. When we arrived at the dealership we were told they just sent someone to buy them and it would be about a half hour till they got back. When all was said and done they chipped door more and installed clear molding over a charcoal vehicle that just accentuated the chip. They also did not put an inspection sticker on it so that is something else we must get done. Would have never gone to that dealer had it not been for the deal they lied about. They are the worst dealership we have ever dealt with. More

My experience with the sales person, management and the service department was total dishonesty which included the vehicle not being prepped properly (is it asking too much for windshield washer fluid to be topped off) & missing bumper emblems/inserts, I did contact Chrysler Jeep who said a "Dave" from Turnersville Jeep would return my call. Still waiting... I paid cash for the Jeep and did not receive my license plate, registration or title until I filed a formal complaint with NJ DMV. The purchase date was 11/25/2016 and I finally received my plates, registration and title on 12/15/2016 only after an investigator with the state of NJ paid them a visit. I called this business so many times during this time and they are the worst at returning phone calls. I did receive an email from an Erik Escobar saying if I received and citations for the expired temporary plate/registration, to tell law enforcement that Turnersville is working on the paperwork. I was advised by NJ DMV that if I drove the vehicle it would be impounded. I needed to rent a vehicle and Turnersville refused to reimburse me for it even though they were at fault. To make matters worse, my insurance company was required to report the vehicle as being insured, but not registered which sparked the state to take action by threatening to suspend my driver's license. Don't let them tell you all the complaints on this site are from previous management and salespeople. I dealt with Jack and Anthony which are mentioned in previous complaints. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALER! More

He said he didn't have time to deal with me because it has so busy at the end of the month 11/30/16. He turned very nasty and hung up the phone on me when I said I would call him back next week (when they weren't so busy) knowing the truck would still be for sale. I asked to speak with his manager he said he was the manager and the boss of the entire store. He finally said he would transfer me, put me on hold and hung up on me again. I called back again and he forwarded me over to someone who was just a useful. I just want to tell a manager of the terrible service and how i will never shop at turnersville Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram. Anyone reading this should NOT SHOP THERE! Take your business elsewhere, all of the terrible online reviews are true! 1 star service! More
