Worst car buying experience ever . Was promised things to be "thrown in" on the deal by Nicole yet after we reached an agreement on price that all changed. The price a month agreed up . Was promised things to be "thrown in" on the deal by Nicole yet after we reached an agreement on price that all changed. The price a month agreed upon was then changed when I got my bill in the mail and the dealership had nothing to say other than we'll give you a tank of gas which doesn't even come close. Then Jason in finance thinking he is a "hot shot" leaving disrespectful messages for customers on their voicemail as if he's known them for years. Nicole gave me the wrong vin number, paperwork was all done wrong had to return to the dealership again for their mistakes. Worst car buying experience ever. Do yourself a favor and don't go to this dealership. If you do, stay far away from Nicole she doesn't have a clue what she's doing. More
The "list price" is NOT their price We went to the Dealership on April 22, 2017 to look at a "Certified 2014 Dodge Challenger SXT" which is shown on the internet for $17,495. Nicole and We went to the Dealership on April 22, 2017 to look at a "Certified 2014 Dodge Challenger SXT" which is shown on the internet for $17,495. Nicole and Joe were nice, but Joe would not honor the "internet price". Said the car was $22,000+ (which included a "CERTIFIED CAR FEE"). Not very happy with this dealership. Never had this problem before! Anyone else????? More
Turnersville is awesome!!! Our family went to turnersville jeep based off of reviews from this site over the winter to purchase our first Jeep! We had an excellent salesman, Jac Our family went to turnersville jeep based off of reviews from this site over the winter to purchase our first Jeep! We had an excellent salesman, Jack Kushnierz. He did everything possible to accommodate us payment vs vehicle and we are so pleased! He recommended the Patriot sport 4x4 because of our hobbys and budget and let me tell you, I am so pleased! It's beautiful, comfortable and has truly impressed us in its off-road capabilities. Awesome vehicle, awesome salesman, awesome dealership! Thank you so much, Jack! More
Salesman more interested in commission than what we needed. It was gorgeous and loaded; sunroof, heated seats, electric seats,7 speaker stereo, blacked out front windows. We drove over an hour to get to the dealer right after work on Friday, March 17th. we already were approved for financing to purchase the vehicle we thought we'd be buying. The salesman took ius for a test drive and were prepared to finance the deal. However, when we told him were were trading in a 2009 Dodge Caliber with only 77,213 miles on it our deal was no longer on the table. We were told our car had negative equity, we looked up the value at NADA and lowest value was $2,700.00. We would have taken that, and paid the balance off on our own. However, all he wanted to do was put us in a car that night telling us he would pay off the balance of the car for us. We were very apprehensive, we did not want a lease, and will never lease again! . He left us several times to offer us deals, but the odd thing was the financial guy was sitting across from us so he wasn't talking to him. After reluctantly agreeing to the lease we then found out we couldn't buy the car we wanted because it wasn't new. Long story short, we drove off in our new car, no lease signed, no idea when our first payment was due. My husband took the long ride back there to pay them a $1,500.00 deposit. He did mention several times that they would make our first payment, but they didn't. I just made the first payment this week, which was more than we wanted to pay; in fact what we are paying on this lease is over $100.00 monthly. I was adamant that $450.00 was as high as we could go. Our payments are $491.00. If we had purchased the car we wanted our payment would have been much lower. The real kick in the teeth was when I searched their inventory a few days later only to find our car that was worth "nothing" , was for sale for $5,000.00. I was beside myself! I felt the salesman was very dishonest and not listening to what we wanted. I called and spoke to the floor manager to express how unhappy we were. His response was "all I want is for you to be happy, let me look into everything, and I will get back to you". Of course we never heard from him. Here it is a month and a day later, we still don't have registration, or the tags yet; they told us they would take care of it for us; One more disappointment.. I am a loan officer at a credit union where I disburse auto loans daily. I listen to my members, I don't try to get them to buy more expensive cars, I try to come up with an amount that's affordable to my members, because my goal is to fulfill their needs and make them happy. Evidently, our salesman didn't care about us, or he would have worked with us, My main regret is that we didn't just leave at that time, and go to a dealer that would accommodate us. Once we can get out of this lease we will return the car, and buy our next Jeep from another dealer who is interested in helping us, not just padding his wallet!!! More
Thoroughly and utterly disappointed and disgusted. AVOID. I own a 2010 Dodge Charger R/T ( original owner AND own it outright). I wish I had asked around at work before I gave this dealer's service department I own a 2010 Dodge Charger R/T ( original owner AND own it outright). I wish I had asked around at work before I gave this dealer's service department an ounce of my time or $845.78 of my hard earned, proud union member cash. I would have found that a fellow co worker had recently purchased a new Ram from this dealer and he had "the worst experience ever with the salespeople at 'that' dealership". And a few choice words that I will leave out. Now this is a guy who has some toys, so I'm kicking myself now for not asking around, beforehand. Also I ignored negative reviews on google+/maps. I brought my car in initially for trouble I was having with my power windows, and my engine light was on. I also needed an oil change and a tire rotation. ( I purchased and had the vehicle serviced at Lilliston Dodge in Millville, but it was already a considerable distance (22 miles vs 2.5 miles one way) and I had moved further away, but they were probably the best dealer and service people I ever dealt with) Since many Dodge dealerships had closed over the past few years , I was happy to find a newer dealership local to me. The service man Joe Gresh informed me I had two recalls, timing chain and d/s airbag inflator. I dropped the car off on Friday morning (I had to take the day off) and they called me to pick the car up near close of business Sat (the next day) In the interim I was told the window was the switch then it wasn't then it was the module. The engine light was caused by the thermostat allegedly, (allegedly because only two months later the engine light is back on) I was told that all work was done but I may need some further front end work ( if you know dodge sedans , you know they are known for chronically worn out tierods, ball joints and torsion struts, our deplorable roads don't help) I was also told the auto up down wouldn't work but I was ok with that as long as my windows rolled up and down. I checked everything but as I got closer to home I realized the driver side rear wasn't rolling up. I called the dealer back and was told to bring it back in the following week. I brought it back and then they wanted more $$$ for a "master switch" after I had spent $447+ tax for them to fix the original problem. I tried to resolve this with Joe who, did not return my calls. He wasn't in, he was off, he was with another customer. This after when you call you can wait in hold a long time before the personality-less receptionist picks up the phone . "Chris"was an indifferent service person I reached whom didn't seem to care and then Scott whom I found was the service manager, offered to install the switch w/o charging me for the labor. So I'd still be out another $230+. I brought it back after Scott said he would "work with me" but that was a ploy to get me back. They still wanted more money! They had already made PLENTY of money off the recalls they fixed, I reasoned. I decided to come back and pick up my car, I refuse to pay for something you told me was all fixed when I paid and picked the car up. Scott and Chris talk tough over the phone but in person, not so much. I left with my rear driver side window still inoperable and now, engine light back on. I refuse to go back there, and I had looked at a few trucks when I had visited. Needless to say, they will NEVER get any of my money and I hope when and if they read this, don't copy and paste your responses to other complaints on this site . At the least, try to come up with something that appears thought out. Oh wait, that would be impossible for this place. EXCUSES and LIES are what you get when you try to support local businesses and buy and drive "American". No wonder the imports are killing us. If I could give this place no stars I would. Hope that $845.78 was worth it. More

We wer My husband and I came in last night to test drive the 2009 Dodge Caliber that your dealership had listed for sale. We dealt with Jack Kusnierz. We were very interested in the car but had a concern about a clunking noise on the driver's side front end. Jack walked away to speak to someone and brought Joe Torres back to meet us. We explained our concerns and after telling us of his integrity and professionalism for approximately 10 minutes, he said he would have mechanics look at the vehicle this morning. We made an appointment to return this evening between 6:30 and 7:00pm. Although both Jack and Joe were off today they gave us their cards. I called Jack this afternoon to see if the car had been checked out. He said that he was off and had no idea if it had been done. We returned to the dealership at 6:45pm this evening only to be told that the car was sold last night after we left. We appreciate that Turnersville Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM is in business to sell cars when an offer is made. We feel as though Joe Torres, (Used Car Manager) gave us an assurance that we would have that opportunity when we returned this evening. At the very least, we should have been given a courtesy call to say the vehicle was no longer available. Jack Kusnierz took our contact information as soon as we sat down with him. To say we are disappointed in your dealership is an incredible understatement. I wanted to pass along our poor experience to you. More
THEY STOLE MY TRADE-IN & SOLD ME A LEMON! Took a vehicle home under "spot paperwork " changed my mind on vehicle next day because of better offer elsewhere, never signed official contract. The Took a vehicle home under "spot paperwork " changed my mind on vehicle next day because of better offer elsewhere, never signed official contract. They couldn't produce my trade-in, the already sent it to auction. So they refused to give me a check for what the negotiated price of it was or bring car back. SO THEY STOLE MY CAR! They then under threat of Police action put me into another vehicle that I had to bring back four times! They put me in a LEMON! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. DAVE THE MANAGER IS A LYING xxxxING SNAKE, said he would swap out with another vehicle and LIED AGAIN.DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SNAKE COWARDS More

We told him what we were looking for and he immediately showed us a few trucks on the lot. We did not want to have a high payment so he worked up a price and payment that worked for us. We cannot say enough good things about him and the dealership. They were very nice and accomodating. We ended up buying a 2017 Dodge Ram that night. We found them to be very friendly. Their service is great. Thank you Jack for the excellent service we received. John and Sandra K. More
Excellent service, I'm on my 3rd Ram now. I stopped in late February to inquire about a new Ram as my lease was entering its final year. The salesmen and manager did a great job working rebate I stopped in late February to inquire about a new Ram as my lease was entering its final year. The salesmen and manager did a great job working rebates and deals to get me into a new truck. This is my 3rd Ram now and the product itself is solid. I have used other Ram dealers in the past but Turnersville was heads and tails above the others. On a side note when my truck was a week old ice hit the windshield on my new truck and broke a wiper off, Turnersville Ram fixed it for $12 and gave both my sons Ram hats while I waited. I had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for a Jeep, Ram, Chrysler product. Chuck ... Washington Twp More
