Worst of the worst. Avoid. Run for the Hills. Worst Dealership. I bought a new 2017 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon on Saturday September 31, 2017 from Turnersville Jeep. Was there early, knew what I wan Worst Dealership. I bought a new 2017 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon on Saturday September 31, 2017 from Turnersville Jeep. Was there early, knew what I wanted and called ahead to confirm their advertised price and the vehicle was in stock. After 5 hours of the making a deal experience (where they wouldn’t honor their advertised price until I told them I’m leaving) and most all the paperwork signed(including giving them my 2013 Ram as a trade) I was told I’d have to come back another day to finish the paperwork for financing, even though there were 3 hours left before they closed. Also they then told me they lost the second key. I went to the dealership a second time to finish the financing paperwork in which I pointed out the agreed price went up. They forgot the NJ gas guzzler tax. Another $198 mixed into financing. Also they’d need my Wrangler to code the second key( which I wasn’t informed and didn’t drive there). The third day back I waited an hour for my second key that the service dept had no clue of, even though this was supposedly setup. After an hour they figured out that they had the wrong key and I’d have to come back again, when they get the right key ordered and in. The fourth time back they had the right key but they cut it wrong and I’d have to come back again! I was told by Sales Manager Mike Burgo they would give me $250 for accessories for my troubles and $150 check for the forgotten gas guzzler tax. The Fifth time at the dealership they made my second key correctly. I spoke with General Manager Anthony Metelo in which he said he’ll give me a check for $300 but I’d have to change a few of my answers on the Jeep survey to 10’s and then I’ll get my check. I updated my answers he requested to be changed in an email, online right there next to him and had him write on his business card that he’d give me a $300 check for my “10’s”. It has been a month since and after repeated calls and messages the past week to Anthony and my salesman Juan, I have not been contacted. I have purchased 30 vehicles in the past 20 years and never had to spend 2 trips yet alone 5 trips to finish buying a car. It has been over 15 hours of my time driving and waiting for these clowns and then I am bribed to give them a better review to be compensated for their incompetence. I am in no way even 1% satisfied with this dealership or even given the fake treatment that they care 1% about me. I’ve had bad experiences with Dodge/Chrysler/Ram dealers in the past(the only bad ones) and this is the nail in the coffin for them. Legally speaking, I need to know where is my $300 check if it even exists?? Great business model. Bribe customers to give a better review of a horrible experience and then not follow through once you get your updated review numbers. Jeep owes me $300 and at least a phone call or email! Update 11/13/17 Still no contact from Turnersville Jeep, but, I spoke with Jennifer, a Customer Service Representative from Jeep Wave Premium Care. She informed me that she spoke with Anthony and he stated that he was going to give me a 300 dollar CREDIT towards their dealership! (I specifically told Anthony and Mike that I wouldn’t buy Jeep parts for MSRP when you can get them for 30% less from online retailers, nor do I want to go back there for any reason, so we agreed on a check.) Jennifer said this will go towards their “Business Center” that handles these matters internally, with no further info on being contacted or updated by them on getting this resolved. Update 11/22/17 No contact from anyone. No check. More
Worst dealership ever, false advertising. This is the worst of the worst dealerships I have ever come across. I read the reviews but hot suckered down there anyhow. Run the other way as fast a This is the worst of the worst dealerships I have ever come across. I read the reviews but hot suckered down there anyhow. Run the other way as fast as you can Don't believe anything Jennifer Smith says, she will say anything to get you there. The ad was for a truck for $20989. I confirmed vin and price with Jennifer prior to driving 80 miles to get there. Once I get there the price is $34,000 but they will discount the price to $31000. That's over $10,000 what was advertised. They are a bunch of crooks. Its really hard to believe this dealership holds the Dodge name. Please do yourself the favor and don't waste your time. See the text messages and the original ad in the attached pictures and the video should be on YouTube soon after some edits of dead air content. I already filled a complaint with Dodge of North America, next will be the BBB and the any news agencie that will listen. I will sue if there is a case to be had I will check with a lawyer. I want my gas money and baby sitter fees for wasting my time. See Google reviews for the attachment. More
Worst experience ever! Shady scam artists! I wish I read the reviews on this site before driving over an hour to this dealer. I saw one of their vehicles online and wanted to come in for a test I wish I read the reviews on this site before driving over an hour to this dealer. I saw one of their vehicles online and wanted to come in for a test drive. I called and made an appt, and came the next day. Upon entering the dealership I wasn’t greeted by anyone. I walked around aimlessly for a bit until one gentlemen asked me if I needed help. I told him I was there to drive the Summit, he checked with the guys behind the desk who told him it wasn’t there...What?! Apparently, a manger was using it as his loaner. They made a quick call and after 30 min the manger returned with the car so I could test it. However, the car was filthy inside and out. Food and trash all over the place. Not what you expect when your looking to purchase a new car, but I was keeping an open mind. I wanted to look at number in spite of the dirty vehicle. The guys came with a price $13K more than the advertised price... THIRTEEN THOUSAND!!! As other reviewers have posted, they claim the fee is for the factory certification. Needless to say that deal fell through and I should have left right then. I started talking to the salesmen about a new lease. They showed me the car and I loved it! They gave me some numbers that I could work with. After what seemed liked hours of waiting I signed a few papers and was off with my truck. However, they said I would need to come back in two days to finish signing paperwork and to get my other key...hmmmm? Inconvenient but I drove all the way back to the dealer (over and hour) only to cross the bridge and have them call to say the manager left and they couldn’t do my paperwork. I took them they would need to make arrangements to get the paperwork to me for the inconvenience. He said he would look into it. I tried calling the dealer that Saturday but kept getting put on hold for long periods of time. I then get a call Monday saying they need me to come finish the paperwork. I called back was put on hold again, spoke to the other salesmen and explained the situation. He said someone would bring the paperwork to my house that evening to sign... fantastic. I missed my kids game and waited all night, no one showed. Today, I get urgent messages saying I needed to come in and finish the paperwork. At my wits end, I drove to the dealership to get this done once and for all. I arrive and the paperwork is not ready. I wait for an hour. They take me back to a room and begin to tell me that the financing terms had changed ($80 more) a month! I knew at this point this place was bad business. Fortunately I was able to get my car and deposit and never look back. This place clearly has a reputation and should be shut down! More
Negative Reviews are Accurate This place is a cliche 'Joe Isuzu' dealership. Simply put, they lie. As previous raters posted I also responded to an online ad. The girl I spoke with This place is a cliche 'Joe Isuzu' dealership. Simply put, they lie. As previous raters posted I also responded to an online ad. The girl I spoke with told me they had the vehicle. She also informed me that she advised her manager of my cash offer, and we had a deal. We then set up an appointment for a test drive/purchase. Less than 2 hours later, while on my way there, they call me saying they are having a hard time 'finding the vehicle'. After I get there, a manager walks me out to the lot to see if there is anything else I might be interested in. In the end they were not willing to honor their own advertised price or live up to the deal they made on the phone to get me to the dealership. It appears that this place will say anything to get you there, Very shady which appears to be a regular theme there. I wouldn't deal with them. I'm told Cherry Hill Jeep is also associated with this dealership. Beware. More

A sales This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Upon entering, I was greeted by the sales desk men who seemed friendly. A salesman began helping me and answering my questions and I thought everything was going to go okay... boy was I wrong ! I went into the dealership knowing my credit situation was far from perfect, but was also not the worst. they ran my credit and I was told something could be worked out. They gave me a figure for my trade in and an amount for the monthly payments. They told me to return the next day to sign more paperwork and to pick up my registration, etc. this was my first car buying experience and I was not told that the deal was not finalized. The situation was not explained to me and I was misled into thinking everything was fine. I returned the next day with the title of my trade in expecting to sign the paperwork and leave. I met Dave Solomon who seemed nice at first. I could tell he was pretty disorganized when he began to discuss a different persons leasing situation with me at first and then realized he had the wrong file out on his desk (totally professsional). I didn't really care.. not a huge deal. He then explained that unless I had a co-signer the payments of a 2017 Jeep Compass would go up to 700 some dollars per month.. I was confused. I had left the lot thinking everything was fine, but I figured since this was my first buying experience I must have misunderstood. He told me to try to get a co-signer and come back to see him tomorrow. I came back into the dealership about 30 minutes later and told him I didn't have a co-signer and gave him the keys to their jeep and asked for my old keys back. He was cordial and said he would have them get my keys for me. he apologized and said he hated doing this kind of stuff. I waited for 45 minutes before they realized that my car wasn't even at that lot! He said it was at a different lot and asked if I could get it the next day. I was annoyed and didn't understand why they would've moved my car without the title being signed over to them AND without the deal going through fully. they gave me a loaner jeep for the night. I called the next day at. 9:30 AM .. still no car. I called back at 11:45 and spoke to Dave and told him I wanted my car back within the hour and told him how inconvenient this was for me. He hung up on me! Again, this just proves the professionalism of this "finance manager". I went back to the jeep dealership around 4:30 and still no car. They offered to let me keep the rental until I get my car back and they said at this point the car may not be back until the next day! THEY ALREADY TOOK MY CAR TO THE WHOLESALE AUCTION.. WITHOUT THE CAR BEING SIGNED OVER TO THEM OFFICIALLY AND WITHOUT THE DEAL GOING THROUGH. I was furious but didn't really have much of a choice but to wait. There was one helpful gentleman at the front desk who was very kind and kept apologizing which I did appreciate. I still do not have my trade in back and they promised me it will be back in my possession by today.. I am hoping they at least follow through on this. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. don't waste your time! More

Their way of te this place was the worst. I traveled 1 hr for what i thought was a great deal only to find, that deal was never going to be honored. Their way of telling me that--- the salesperson walks to manager with the True Car certificate i provided. comes back and says " oh my manager just told me the car was sold. I said but you just took me for a test drive, they said oh i am sorry. they are slimy , don't go there. it will be a bad experience. first thing the salesperson does is tell you all the disclaimers of all the things not included the internet price. Bait n Switch Found a new Hellcat Charger they advertised on cars.com as well as their website. After numerous calls to this dealership and promises of follow ups f Found a new Hellcat Charger they advertised on cars.com as well as their website. After numerous calls to this dealership and promises of follow ups from the sales manager, a full week later and daily phone calls, I still wasn't able to confirm their advertised price. Spoke to Dominique, two Joes, two receptionists and multiple other salesmen. Not a single person was able to confirm so much as the price on the car. This being the most expensive car on their lot, it boggles my mind as to how they are able to stay in business. Ready to buy the car, needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere. Total waist of time. More
