Good service engagement Scheduled a routine oil change, tire rotation. In addition, we had a recall for the steering dampener and an issue with the auto start warning light. Horrible experience. I was trying to get out of an already existing lease into a Jeep. Numbers and new lease terms were constantly changing from our over the phone convo I was trying to get out of an already existing lease into a Jeep. Numbers and new lease terms were constantly changing from our over the phone convo to when I went in to sit down with them. The staff was rude and no one seemed interested to want to work with me. I called Steve and he never returned my phone call. I wouldn’t recommend this dealer. More
