Awful Vehicle needed an oil change and recall. I scheduled both at the same time. Dropped my car off at 11am. Was called 5 hrs later to say my vehicle was d Vehicle needed an oil change and recall. I scheduled both at the same time. Dropped my car off at 11am. Was called 5 hrs later to say my vehicle was done but the recall could not be completed since their computer system crashed. So 5 hrs to complete an oil change only. Could have taken my vehicle to a quick lube been done in 25-30 min and spent 1/2 the money. More
