Yes Turnersville Jeep Ram Was Awesome!!! Had my Ram 1500 towed in on Saturday for Tuesday warranty service appointment. Got a call from Turnersville Service Center by 9:30 AM Monday that my Had my Ram 1500 towed in on Saturday for Tuesday warranty service appointment. Got a call from Turnersville Service Center by 9:30 AM Monday that my Ram was done and ready to go. Everything taken care of and a day ahead of scheduled appointment. Made me very happy. More

Great Customer Service - Rachel is Awesome! Given car back after said issue was fixed and it wasn't. Car began having issues so I brought in for service on September 23rd. Car rpm increasing and engine revving while idle and not settling immediately. Car began having issues so I brought in for service on September 23rd. When settled and then driven power seemed to cut out when pressing gas then would all of the sudden sputter and return to normal drive. I was told that it needed a new oxygen sensor, but part would not be in till Tuesday. Part came in and was replaced yet told they were still receiving strange readings on diagnostic had to check with Chrysler and told to check catalytic converter and engine. Ultimately they told me they had to re-set computer as well. The car was kept till Wednesday to ensure problem was solved. I paid $412 and change for the part. Picked car up on Wednesday evening and noticed small issue of increasing rpm and engine revving not settling immediately, not quite right, but service department said car was "good to go.," so I took it home. Following morning, Thursday, September 26th, when started car all the same issues initially brought in for happened all over again. Called and left message on service department line. Received call back from lady at Cherry Hill to set up appt on Friday, but to call back when service department was open to speak to someone there and drop off car. When leaving car, I mentioned to Rich about issue when picked up car, and he said yeah the mechanic said "it still had a little rpm issue but drove fine so we let you have it and figured if there were issues we would hear and see from you tomorrow" I was set up with a rental and told I would not have to pay for it that it was 'taken care of". He also informed me that of problem was covered under warranty that I would be reimbursed for the oxygen sensor. When I got to enterprise I was informed I would need to put a deposit down (which would be returned) and I was responsible for paying $5.50 a day for taxes. Something that Rich did not inform me of and said I would be taken care of. As of Saturday, I hadn't heard from service department so I called and left a message for them to call me with an update. No call back. Called again on October 1st and left another message. Within 20 minutes Rich called and said they put in a bad oxygen sensor at initial repair and that mechanic took it out for a drive. He said he would call me back once he heard from mechanic. Rich calls back and says they want the engine to "go cold" overnight and recheck it in the morning but I should be able to pick up car today (Oct. 2nd) Received call Oct 2nd in morning stating the car acted up this morning with problems and they would have to replace PCM, and car won't be ready till Friday. More
