Warranty Work I had my Jeep towed to the dealer on a Monday night and the work was done by the time I got done work the next day. I was told it was taken care off and it wasn’ Hello I took my car to get service on my driver side window having like scratches from inside the door . I was told it was taken care off and it wasn’t. I also complained about my radio acting up . I was told it would take about two hours to check on it and I was out before the two hours . I was told to leave my car and rent a card with a major credit card which I don’t have so I wasn’t able to do so. I work Sunday through Thursday only have Friday and Saturday off and don’t have anyway to just drop my car off and stay without a car. Still trying to figure out how I can get this done. Issue not resolved I've had issues in the past, which Rich was nice enough to resolve, but this issue is still ongoing. I came in for the air bag light, was told I neede I've had issues in the past, which Rich was nice enough to resolve, but this issue is still ongoing. I came in for the air bag light, was told I needed to replace wiring and that they had to keep it until the next day until the part arrived. The next day I was told they received the wrong part so I had to pick up my car and bring it back the following week when the correct part was delivered. After a day of driving it around, the light came on again. When I brought it back I was told I needed to replace the air bag. After spending a total of $1,500.00, I picked up my car and again the light would come on then go off. I called to speak to a manager, was told his name was Bob and left a message. Bob didn’t call me back, Rich did. I was told to bring my car back (when convenient for me) and there wouldn’t be a charge to fix this issue. After being late to work several days due to this ongoing issue, Saturday was convenient for me but not for the service shop so my car sat until Monday. After leaving my car for two days, I called Tuesday afternoon to find out my car was ready for pick up. I was told there was a faulty wire that had to be replaced. The light comes on and goes off periodically. I'll wait for it to stay on before returning, hoping that will help determine the issue. More
