Awful service both before, during and after purchase Should never have purchased here. Wasn’t impressed with the lack of attention to making the sale. Details of the deal kept changing regarding finance terms, payoff penalties, etc. Then, after buying the brochure and attempting to set up Unconnect service, found that the vehicle had been previously registered to another customer. Company wanted proof of ownership from dealer. A week of unreturned calls, hours on hold waiting for sales/finance manager and crappy attitude once I finally got a hold of someone, it finally got resolved 10 days later. And, three weeks after closing the deal, we are receiving payment notices for the vehicle we traded in. The dealer has still not transferred the paperwork. When we called (and again waited on hold for 10 mins, we were told they were too busy to deal with it but would try to get around to it. We will never buy another vehicle from this place. More
