The most important thing anyone can do is to show sense of honesty. Its a great start to a respectful dialogue. For the past month my wife and i have been searching the web for a new vehicle. This past Saturday we decided to take a trip to Turnersville Jeep, to look at a possible vehicle of Interest. Knowing that we are traveling about a hour away, we called to check the availability. We were told that the vehicle that we are interested in is still available for purchase . When we arrived after about a 20-minute wait we were told the vehicle was sold that morning. Feeling very disappointed after taking a hour drive and paying tolls. There was not too much they could say to please me. So now that they have us there here comes the sales pitches We are going to do all we can to make this right.. But as I would tell them I didn't come here to be sold a vehicle I come here to buy one. So after a long day, we travelled home very disappointment and confused on how something like this could have happen. I notice whenever I would search the web, that vehicle was still out there for purchase. So today I decided to call the dealership and inquire about this vehicle availability again.And I was told that this vehicle is still available to buy. I asked the salesperson are you sure and he said yes we can have it cleaned up when you get here. Once I explained to him my history with this vehicle, His certainty begin to change now he becomes uncertain if the vehicle is there or not he's just following protocol, from what I gather is tell them whatever they need to hear to get them here true or not. Once here start your sales pitch on them. The old!!sorry for any inconvenience, we will make this right. By trying to sell you something that you didn't come there for. Let me give you a bit of advice if you truly want to make it right, be honest from tbe start. Everyone who come into your establishment doesn't come to be Sold,they come to buy. Very disappointed potential buyer. More

Great Service It was very easy to make an appointment for service. When I got there, I was promptly greeted. The check-in process was easy and efficient. I settled into the a comfy seat in the waiting room and was expecting to be there for 2 or more hours since it seemed like a busy morning. I only waited an hour and a half which was great. Check out was just as easy as check in and I was on my way. Thanks for a great Service experience. More

Overpriced Oil Change While the people I dealt with were nice, $111 for an oil change and tire rotation on a brand new 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee seems extremely overpriced. While the people I dealt with were nice, $111 for an oil change and tire rotation on a brand new 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee seems extremely overpriced. I guess I should have asked the price before the service began and was quite shocked when given the bill at the cashier. Needless to say I will be pricing out other dealerships in the area and will not be back to this service center. More
