Called a few days ago to make a service appointment and let me just say the woman who answers the phone needs a lesson in customer service. Her name was Christina and she was absolutely horrible. I said I’ve called several times to make an appointment and the phone just keeps ringing and she said that’s not her problem. Then I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager. I said well you shouldn’t talk to customers like that. She said ma’am I don’t get paid enough to treat you right. I said Wow. Please let me speak to the owner. She said he’s offsite at his other dealer in Cherry Hill. Let me say this. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT DEALER AGAIN!! I will tell everyone I know not to come there.
