The information presented about the rebate was a lie. There was no rebate. 2. The finance gentleman Jonathan was not knowledgeable about the correct math and figures of the transaction. 3. I purchased a 2020 Jeep and they forgot the tools to remove the doors and roof from the vehicle. I had to drive back to the dealership 4 days later to retrieve the tools. 4. They completely forgot to put an inspection sticker on my vehicle. I had to drive back to the dealership 5 days later to get an inspection sticker. 6. The salesman Jack was extremely rude and only cared about me responding to a rating for him. When I expressed to him that my concern was the lack of customer service and the poor poor follow-up from each member he offered me a full tank of gas. NEVER, EVER, buy a vehicle from this dealership. They are the worst. Buy a vehicle from any other Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler dealership except here. More
