First, Leonardo Alvarez, the Jeep 4x4 Gladiator from the folks at Turnersville Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram and my wife and I could not be more pleased. First, Leonardo Alvarez, the salesperson was "top-notch," promising me and giving me EVERYTHING I wanted, never giving us pressure. Second, the GM of Sales David Wood was AWESOME! He was knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly, working with compromising on the final cost of the car. Lastly, the finance departments, Ms. Jenni Townley was extraordinary explaining all our options for the right fit based on our budget and the wear and tear of the car. I recommended this dealer. Well,,,,, I wasn't very happy! Almost 2hrs for an oil change, tired rotation and change a turn signal bulb. And I had an appointment and it was not busy at all. Then totally ignored for over 20mins at change, tired rotation and change a turn signal bulb. And I had an appointment and it was not busy at all. Then totally ignored for over 20mins at the service counter waiting for my vehicle while everyone was playing with a dog in the shop area. Very disappointed. Probably won't be coming back......Total disregard for the customer. And being a combat veteran which they knew from my hat, I was just shocked that I was treated so badly. More
