Sign on the door states that a mask is to be worn in doors. I went for an oil change and many workers without mask, or mask pulled under their nose/chin. Both service and main sales area for cars. Customers in the waiting area without mask and coughing and sniffling. Nothing was being enforced. I felt unsafe being inside this dealership at this time. Had to walk outside and wait in the heat. Sales person was helpful and respectful. However, the jeep I ordered per the sticker was not the jeep that was delivered for me. In addition, I stated that I didn't want a jeep that had less options than jeep I ordered per the sticker was not the jeep that was delivered for me. I was able to come right in and be seen immediately. The service tech kept me informed with everything that was needed and how long everything was going to be. I had two recalls on my car which was going to service tech kept me informed with everything that was needed and how long everything was going to be. I had two recalls on my car which was going to take longer than I wanted to wait so I took the courtesy shuttle home and when my car is done the shuttle came back to pick me up so that way I can pick up my car. The driver provided great entertainment during the entire ride. More
