Service center didn’t call me when my vehicle was done. After I called and found out it had actually been done, despite me waiting for it, I requested a shuttle ride back to the dealership and was told 10- After I called and found out it had actually been done, despite me waiting for it, I requested a shuttle ride back to the dealership and was told 10-15 minutes. The driver arrived over an hour later... my issue is that the dealership has absolutely zero regard for your time. Unacceptable in my book. More

I found the staff to be friendly, eager to help but not pus purchasing a pre-owned 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan at Turnersville Jeep-Chrysler-Dodge-Ram. I found the staff to be friendly, eager to help but not pushy, and very accommodating. It has been some time -- eighteen years -- since I last purchased a minivan (a 2002 Chrysler Town and Country), so I have been busy reading the owner's manual to familiarize myself with up-to-date features (economy mode, traction control, voice recognition, gear selector on the dash, etc.). Bravos to the Turnersville dealership in general, and Mark and Joe in specific, for all their help. More
