I had Jeremy as my salesman. He was awesome! There was a scratch deep enough where it had to be taken to a body shop before I even purchased it. Jeremy said he would take care of it. When my jeep was return scratch deep enough where it had to be taken to a body shop before I even purchased it. Jeremy said he would take care of it. When my jeep was returned back to the dealer from the body shop, he noticed it wasn't fixed and he immediately contacted his manager. My jeep then was returned back to the body shop to get fixed. I have nothing bad to say about Jeremy. However, the dealer should have never allowed me to buy a brand new Jeep with the scratch. I would have probably been charged for that when I returned it at the end of the lease and they should have never allowed me to pick up in the condition it was in. It was filthy. There was dust all over and there was body shop paint on both my windshield and back windshield. When I brought it up, they did detail it for me no questions asked but I shouldn't have had to say something. Also, whoever drove my Jeep linked their phone to my Jeep which is something I do not find appropriate. (They were probably on their phones while driving MY Jeep.) After all, I would recommend Jeremy though. More
