The people working the service office were friendly and accommodating. They gave a realistic timeframe for my vehicle to be done. Very pleased. However, leasing my car from this location, you would think accommodating. They gave a realistic timeframe for my vehicle to be done. Very pleased. However, leasing my car from this location, you would think scheduled maintenance would be either free or discounted. Multiple family members have leases at different dealerships and do not pay for standard maintenance during the life of their lease. I paid $116 for oil, additive and tire rotation on a 4 cylinder engine. Seems a bit much considering its the 2nd vehicle I've had from this dealership More

I had 4 free oil changes on my 2018 jeep , but I was told they were expired , I don't drive that jeep to often , so I don't need an oil change on it , so they then told me for $100 , I would get 3 oil change they were expired , I don't drive that jeep to often , so I don't need an oil change on it , so they then told me for $100 , I would get 3 oil changes and 1 tire rotation , I have 2 jeeps , 1 I use all the time and other 1 I use very little , How do free oil changes expire??
