Service not completed as requested. I made an appointment for an oil change and a minor noise coming from the front end of my 2020 RAM. I dropped my truck off the night before the next day appointment. Didn for an oil change and a minor noise coming from the front end of my 2020 RAM. I dropped my truck off the night before the next day appointment. Didnt hear from service till late the next day, and was told they took it for a 15 minute test drive and didnt hear the noise.. When I arrived to pick up my RAM, I discovered the oil change was never done! Service had my truck all day for a 15 minute test drive! When I asked the Service Advisor why the oil change was never done, they "missed it". No apologies, never tried to fix the situation. Called and left a voice message with the Service Manager, never heard back. Not the first issue I had here, gave them a second chance, NEVER again! I will be going back to Vann Dodge where they act like they want your business. More
