The Jeep was to be driven first thing in the morning on 12/8/2020 to diagnose the issue because it happens in cold weather. At noon when we called to follow up we were told they were waiting for us to come in and drive it because we were liable for any damage if something occurred. This was never mentioned at all to us. So again your dealership has inconvenience me. My fiancé went to the dealership this morning and the Jeep was not where we had parked it so it had been driven. Your service writer had one of your mechanics go with my fiancé on a less than 7 mile ride the mechanic drove and almost immediately said this wasn’t safe to drive. So now I’ll wait for your reply on what you are going to do about the over 400 dollar rental car expense we had to pay for the first time we bought it in and the fact that I had to borrow a vehicle to get back and forth to work. And the Jeep has a 100 thousand bumper to bumper warranty. Again your customer service is appalling.
