Great people, but an antiquated buying process The staff at Turner Toyota are great folks, especially Ed Walker (Toyota Specialist). However, it took TWO hours to get the paperwork completed after we came to an agreement on the purchase price. Overall, it took THREE hours to buy the car, which is just crazy. Most of that time was spent waiting, and waiting, and waiting. Couldn't help but notice that the buying process was primarily paper-driven, with documents filled out by hand. The computer equipment visible looked to be antiques. Turner management needs to cut loose and buy some newer, better equipment so the buying process can be shorter--MUCH shorter. This experience reminded me of buying a car 20 years ago. More

I called 3 weeks later and was told by Debbie Martinez the paper work lady that "I HAVE 30 DAYS TO GET PAPER WORK OUT AND IT WILL BE THAT" texas dept of vehicle registration has a 5 % pentality for any taxes or registration that is not paid after 30 days. So because she didnt get paper work to su untill 31 days we got stuck for an extra $76.31 in late fees because she didnt want to be in a hurry. we got certified letter notice in mail on the afternoon of the 30th day mail box closed picked up next morning went to tax office and paid late fees and taxes called dealer got email from sales manager Aaron Ziek stating that they got us paper work in 30 days , but we did not receive it until 31 days the post office had it till then called back and they have not called back and said they are not responsible for late fees This is the 4th new vehicle we have boght from this dealership and the last More
