DO NOT go to this dealership for Service. Had my vehicle towed in last week as CEL was flashing. Said they could look at it, but hadn't two days later. Explained this is my only car- no loaners available towed in last week as CEL was flashing. Said they could look at it, but hadn't two days later. I called again late on Day 2, and Kyle honestly shared they had 9 vehicles backed up for diagnostics- 2 they've had since the last week in February. Would have never had vehicle towed there if Matt or Mark had communicated the backlog from the beginning. Had the vehicle towed at my expense to Fred Bean Kia on Day 3. They looked at it and all it needed was a computer upgrade. If vehicle was at Turner Kia, I would still be without a vehicle and waiting for service. Apparently, this is how they treat loyal 8 yr customers. I won't be back and will not recommend them to anyone. More
Last week on Friday -10/2 I made an appointment for my Kia Forte 2014, so, I got it towed in Sunday-10/4 evening. I wanted my car there early. Monday so my car could be there and ready for its service appointment at 1 pm. Day 1: Monday -10/5 I call to check on my vehicle. A gentleman answered from Service Department but I did not get his name. He stated, “that someone would call me about my vehicle soon”. I got no call. That entire day about my vehicle for a follow up. Day 2: Tuesday 10/6 I called to find out what the issue was and why no one reached out to me on Monday 10/5. The service manager: MARK SCHWENTKER who was RUDE! The question is what happen to my appointment on Monday? No one ever reached out. To even call me back about an update on my vehicle. When trying to explain to him. Why I had brought my vehicle for service in the first place. After having a certified mechanic look at it prior. I towed it there. He told me that the engines have recalls and to take it to the Kia Dealer, so I did just that. MARK SCHWENTKER did NOT want to hear it. What I had to say, rudely talking over me and interrupting in the middle of my sentences. While I was trying to explain to him. Why I was there. I was frustrated! I gave the phone to my boyfriend, so that he could speak with him. He did the same thing talking over him rudely and my boyfriend said, “are you going to let me talk. I guess not.” It was a waste of time and energy. Mark (The xxxxxxxxxxx) said, he would take my e-mail information and send me the information showing proof That my car does not have a recall. I never received that email. The service manager sucks!!!! This guy definitely;+ needs customers service training 101. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE FOR SERVICE! Day 3: Wednesday 10/7 Called back to let them know I was sending a tow to pick up my vehicle. I will never return. They just lost my money and my service. More
Terrible customer service, poor transparency and willingness to help.. regarding their extended warranties, purchased vehicle less than 2 years ago, no loaner for a 3 day repair. Faulty backup camera I take my 2014 Kia Optima in for service to have 2 unrelated recalls corrected and the backup camera checked, the screen is black. I received a call from the service department stating the camera needs to be replaced for $456.00. My car only has $36,000 miles on it. How/why did the camera break? I’m told it’s frequently a problem and it’s always the same part, there’s not a recall on it at this time. Apparently, there’s an “improved” camera that can be installed for free IF it was still under warranty. The warranty expired 7 weeks ago. Basically, it’s tough luck and then I’m charged $61.00 to be told it’s broken. I won’t go back again unless it’s for a recall (which there’s already been 4 so I’m sure they’ll be more) or buy another Kia. More
Great Dealership We purchased a Forte a few years ago from Turner Kia and had it inspected a week ago and on a whim I went on line to look at what was on their lot for We purchased a Forte a few years ago from Turner Kia and had it inspected a week ago and on a whim I went on line to look at what was on their lot for trading in my Forte. Found my next car! Andres Areizas met my husband on the lot as he was looking for the car I had found on line while I was dealing with the shop about the inspection of the Forte. Needless to say, it was a seamless transmission from the Forte to an Optima. By the time all the financing was completed it was rather late so Andres suggested that I stop by the following day to learn all the key features in my very upgraded Optima. Andres was very helpful teaching this non tech person about all the high tech features of her new car. I couldn't be happier with my new car and with Andres at Turner Kia. Thanks again for everything. More
Zero help I've been dealing with the service department at Turner Kia for 2 1/2 years. Mostly oil change inspection basic service. My last visit for an oil change will be my last. The day after my oil change a plastic splash guard under my car fell off. When I called to asked questions about this guard I got zero response. After several nowhere phone calls I gave up. A few days later I developed an oil leak. I took my car to a different repair shop and the mechanic there told me that it looked like oil had been splashed under my car to give the appearance of an oil leak. I'm done with Turner Kia. More

As a mechanic all I can say is this is unacceptable. Do not buy or have a vehicle serviced by Turner Kia of Harrisburg. Going in Monday to raise xxxx More
Terrible Customer Service 9 weeks to put a new engine in our car!! First two weeks not given a rental. Waited one week for them to “throw in detailing of the car”. We went to KIA corporate but because this is privatel owned their hands are tied. Owner never returned a single call. Service manager was horrible to deal with and rarely returned calls. So frustrating. We love KIA but will never bring another vehicle here! Worst experience and customer service ever! More
