This experience was top notch from when I called into receptionist, making appointments for multiple vehicles, dropping off, waiting/working in lounge, to the review of work performed by Scott. receptionist, making appointments for multiple vehicles, dropping off, waiting/working in lounge, to the review of work performed by Scott. I previously had a great experience at the dealership where I bought my Soul, so I expected great service from this dealership. I was disrespected and treated so poorly at this location. I dropped my car off, and the next day approved the charges for a 60k mile service. I specifically asked if rotating my tires was included. Tech said it was included and it would be completed. I go to pick up my car that day and I notice that my front license plate is bent up and is parallel to the ground. Not a good look, and tells me they aren’t paying attention to details. I go inside to pay and ask what happened to my front plate. The supervisor walks past my husband and I to go look at my car before speaking to us. He comes back (after fixing it) to speak with us. Except, instead of speaking to me, he reached directly across me, ignoring me, to only introduce himself to and speak to my husband. This is my car, under my name, and I am paying for services. He only responded to me when I directly asked him a question. Then, he proceeds to say that the car wash that did it…yet my car was covered in dirt still? The explanation made no sense and was clearly a lie. My car wasn’t washed and the tech ended up leaving TRASH in my car. All I wanted was a simple apology. I did not yell or scream but was treated with the utmost disrespect a woman can experience—treated as less than a functional human adult. I waited a day and called the manager to express my concern. And then waited for a response. I called again two days later and left another message. The following week I called a third time and left a message. It was not until I was connected to Lee Turner’s voicemail that I actually got a call back from the GM Mike Johnson. Mr Johnson proceeded to tell me that he was sorry I felt that way (not a real apology) and that he couldn’t do anything for me but replace my license plate. Already unnecessary, but all I really wanted was a halfway decent apology. An apology for being treated like a half human by one of his employees. OH and my tires were never rotated. He did offer to have that done as well. I decided I would not return to that location for that service. They do not even care enough to return a call, whose to say what other things they don’t care about? Honestly TL;DR: don’t go if you’re a woman, they’ll treat you like xxxx and try to gaslight you that nothing happened. More
