This Dealership always provides excellent service. I’ve always been able to schedule a service appointment, not only for general maintenance, but even when my car needed unexpected, immediate repairs. I’ve always been able to schedule a service appointment, not only for general maintenance, but even when my car needed unexpected, immediate repairs. All the staff from the receptionist, service staff, technicians and the courtesy car driver are always helpful, knowledgeable and very kind. My car has been serviced without long waits. Maintenance and repairs are are explained (if needed),, suggestions and options are provided. There have been, at times, extra efforts done by staff to complete service work in order that I would not be without my car for the weekend. . The technicians/staff have correctly diagnosed problems and thankfully fixed them. I feel fortunate that I can trust this dealership to always give such good service when working on my care and also show concern and kindness to their customers! More

On 3/29/23 I took my 2016 Impala LXT in to have the HVAC control assembly replaced by Technician Michael Higgins. I was told all modes are working properly. I paid $476.76 I got in the car and had no outsid control assembly replaced by Technician Michael Higgins. I was told all modes are working properly. I paid $476.76 I got in the car and had no outside air temperature display. On 5/23/23 I took the car in for the same exact problem. Again Technician Michael Higgins stated all actuators are WORKING and is unable to find where the problem lies. It would be approximately 9hrs of labor to remove the dash and still cannot make repairs because Chevrolet no longer has the parts. I was advised to find a junk yard or third party parts and have someone else make the repairs. So I paid Turner Chevrolet $476.76 to not make the proper repairs and break my outside temperature control. More
