I was charged for an emissions test. PA law states that vehicles with less than 5,000 miles aren’t required to have an emissions test. When I inquired about the charge I was told I shoul PA law states that vehicles with less than 5,000 miles aren’t required to have an emissions test. When I inquired about the charge I was told I should have gotten a 50% discount. Why am I being charged 50% for a test the law states is not required. This has happened before at this dealership with this vehicle, as it has very low mileage put on it each year. The vehicle which is garage kept and isn’t often driven in inclement whether was not going to be passed for state inspection because “the ends of the wipers were frayed”…really. You also pulled this one on me a few years ago. I’d appreciate a refund for the money you charged me for the emissions test that should not have been done…unless I’m missing something. More

My appointment was as scheduled, I appreciate the free shuttle. Oil change tire rotation was completed. There was a squeak in the rear of my car since new. I asked for this to be repaired. The mechanic sa shuttle. Oil change tire rotation was completed. There was a squeak in the rear of my car since new. I asked for this to be repaired. The mechanic said he could not hear the squeak before I left the dealership lot I heard the squeak. I am also having a problem with the Type C connector in the front of the car. The plug appears loose and my phone stops charging and it doesn't stay connected to the car systems. This wasn't resolved More
