It took 3 weeks to get a appointment for a tire balance/ rotation and longer if I wanted a diagnosis. I was quoted a $185 to diagnose a squeak not to include any repairs if needed. On a good note, this is rotation and longer if I wanted a diagnosis. I was quoted a $185 to diagnose a squeak not to include any repairs if needed. On a good note, this is the only place I would take my truck for my extended warranty IF I could get a appointment within 3 weeks ! More
Had the worst experience with the service department. First off took my truck in because it was misfiring. I left it there and when I did the service manager told me that there were a few recalls on some First off took my truck in because it was misfiring. I left it there and when I did the service manager told me that there were a few recalls on some parts on the truck. I left town on vacation for a week and I got a call 5 days later from the manager telling me it was fixed and that the recalled parts fixed the problem. When I got back in town I picked it up and drove down the ride and the check engine light came on and was still misfiring. I drove it straight back and told the manager. He asked me if I brought it in for the recall parts I told him no I brought it in for a misfire, the problem that I had explained to him to begin with. So he asked me to leave it there again so I did. I get a call from him 3 days later after I tried calling him everyday to follow up. He tells me I had a misfire in #5 cylinder, he tells me it will need a new cam and lifters. I asked him how much it would be out the door total cost, he quoted me 4,769. Another 2 weeks later I get a call saying my truck was done, I showed up to pick it up they were still working on it so I waited an 1 1/2 hours and finally it was done. The cashier went to ring me up and she said the total was 5,347. I asked the manager why did he quote me out the door cost and to only charge me more. He gave me a xxxxxxxx excuse. I will never recommend them to anyone, and will never use them again. Manager is not very professional at his so called job title. More

Save yourself.... Buy elsewhere!! The sales dept. Is wonderful while selling you a vehicle, once you're locked in, the nightmare starts! January 1st I bought a brand new 2019 Grand C The sales dept. Is wonderful while selling you a vehicle, once you're locked in, the nightmare starts! January 1st I bought a brand new 2019 Grand Cherokee, fast forward to my first service appt. I came in on a Friday at 11 o'clock. Only one in the waiting room, waiting waiting. Finally, go out to ask the asst manager of service, what the hold up was, since it was just an oil change. He explains the vehicle has been long done and ready. Head back to reception, the lafy shoves the blame and says oh they're supposed to let me know, I ask, " so should I go grab my key from them?" She says, no I have it right here on the rack.... Clearly she was informed if she had the key and the clear out sheet. Chose to move along on my way. Saturday morning rolls around, and I get a voicemail. The lady explains that I had an appt at 11 am and missed it. So I call back, I explain I had an appt yesterday and my service was performed. She insist, so I ask her for what vehicle, Grand Cherokee? She says no a '14 charger. I explain to her that I don't own a charger, her reply... Well it must be my husbands... Excuse me?? My husband owns a car that I have no knowledge of?? I explain again, that there is confusion on their part I only service a Grand Cherokee with them. (It was my first and last Mopar purchase). She then gives me this man's address and personal info???? Then she says oh nevermind looks like its been dropped off here and is in the service bay? If this was my vehicle.. I would have flipped! I spoke with the manager asking them to get their records straight, because they have my personal info and Id hate for it to be handed out to a stranger! Not even a mere apology!! July, I stop on Best RV and find a travel trailer I just love. My owners manual doesnt have a tow capacity chart, online forums all show contradictory data, so I call Jeep/FCA and ask for VIN specific tow capacity. Chelsea says 6200 pounds. I asked again to be sure, because at this point, its the deciding factor of making this deal. She assures me! So not only do I purchase the trailer, but also paid 1000 dollars to best rv to install a complete tow package. Hook the trailer up and drive down the block and get a really bad feeling. Get out and can feel the heat excessively coming off the motor and out the exhaust pipe. So call FCA a second time. This lady says, well it says 6200 pounds if properly equipped... What is properly equipped? She puts me on hold, to finally get back on and say it is not 6200 pounds. So I ask for a supervisor. Long story short, he calls me back after listening to both recorded calls, and says they'll pay half of the upgrades because I was misinformed on a recorded line, but I should have done my research. Im sorry, should I call a third party more qualified on your products? Go into TDCJ get a quote that is nearly $4000. FCA keeps saying TDCJ is telling them I haven't been in for a quote. George the service manager has a copy, I handed to him myself. Being over it, I go in to inquire about cancelling my warranty, and going to CarMax for an offer. Eric, the finance director asks if it would be okay to give me a bid. I say sure! He gives me a written offer on August 5th, guarunteed it through the end of the month- giving time for the warranty refund to clear the account. So on August 27th, the refund cleared. I call to let him know Ill be in right after work to make the deal. I walk in, he says he needs to rebook it. Remind you, I have the offer in my hand from Aug 5th. He comes out and says their offer will be less. So I pull out his guaranteed offer, he says let me go ask the general manager (Greg Singh) if he can match that. Comes out and says they can't do it. Im furious at this point. I ask to speak to Greg directly, we go back, I hand him the offer amd ask how can you not make a deal you guys guarunteed? He says book changes daily, I ask how long has it been that way. He responds, always. Okay, so if you both are well aware book changes daily, why do you guaruntee an offer that you're saying you cant guaruntee. He days well I didn't. Eric-finance director is standing right there. I said well he did, your finance DIRECTOR! He looks to Eric and says did you, he said I did. I guaranteed it through the end of the month. Greg responds with well book is book. Basically says get over it and move on. Customers witnessing this walked away from their deals and left. This place is a joke! Spend your hard earned money elsewhere! Trust me, you'll end up regretting it! More
Prey on Women Service department tries to take advantage of women by recommending services that are not necessary. Wife took our van in for an Oil change and they Service department tries to take advantage of women by recommending services that are not necessary. Wife took our van in for an Oil change and they told her she needs to do the 15k service for $330. Check the manufacturer recommended service nothing about a 15k service. Also charged extra for services that when I called said was included with the oil change. I will never bring my vehicle back to this service department. Can't get much lower than preying on women to make money. More
