AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP 47 DAYS. Turlock CDJR had my vehicle in the Service Department for 47 days before I towed it to a different mechanic. I own one vehicle- a Jeep Patriot wi Turlock CDJR had my vehicle in the Service Department for 47 days before I towed it to a different mechanic. I own one vehicle- a Jeep Patriot with 91,559 miles. Unfortunately, I towed it to Turlock CDJR on August 15, 2024 when the engine light came on that morning. Turlock CDJR paperwork shows they determined on the same day I would need a new engine due to a blown head gasket. My warranty company was not contacted for 13 days to request the repair. Over the next four weeks, Turlock CDJR slowed rolled the process of taking pictures of the engine, engine tear down, and the inspector; my case was not a priority for them despite my many calls for updates. On day 28 I contacted the Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) who went out to the dealership a week later and reviewed my case. The BAR determined that Turlock CDJR was “Out of compliance” and reduced my bill by $2,060.00. Turlock CDJR wanted $11,082.60 to drop a long block engine into the Jeep. My warranty decided this amount exceeded the value of my vehicle and bought me out of my warranty for $9,950. The check was mailed to Turlock CDJR on September 19, 2024 and could not be located by Turlock CDJR for 13 days. On October 1, 2024 I went into the dealership with a witness. Service Department Manager Bobby Victorino claimed he still did not have my “Buy out” check. After 60 minutes of excuses from Bobby, he and his manager “Teter” produced the check. I towed my vehicle out that day. The condition of vehicle was unacceptable. It had been left in the dirt back lot of Turlock CDJR for 47 days with two windows rolled down, the plastic they attempted to cover the windows with was ripped and blowing, the vehicle was filthy inside and out, the gear shift dismantled and on the seat, the gas cap open, the driver side modeling loose, and bolts laying on the hood. The loose engine parts returned to me included a random Dodge Ram manifold. Mikkie Priela- read all the other negative reviews and see how often his name is mentioned. Bobby Victorino- Waited until day 47 to tell me that he didn’t want to work with my warranty company; which was a Jeep warranty purchased through Jeep. Sales Manager Teter- could have kept a Jeep customer through compassion, honesty, and good customer service, but opted not to. Shortly, a response from Turlock CDJR will appear here indicating they are sorry I had this experience and I should contact them to resolve it. My calls and emails to Suman Dhillon, Customer Service and Mariah Shafer, Service Administrator of Turlock CDJR were not once returned. Never got any response from either of them in 47 days. Please use caution and read all the negative reviews before you utilize this dealership. More
This place is the worst! !! I am so mad. We took our car in for a recall just a couple of days ago. They said they fixed the recall but my car was leaking fluids and hoses wer !! I am so mad. Now all of a sudden the web go to start the car literally like 3 days after service and car does not start at all!!!! We took battery out and had it tested and battery is 100% good. We even had a warranty on battery and got a new one switched just to be 100% sure and still nothing at all!! This is the 2nd time we have came here and stuff has happened after the service! Last time we had to bring back like 3 times to get fixed. All this because of a recall the car was literally working perfect before we took it in and now does not run at all!!!! We trusted u guys again and this is the outcome. Now are you guys even going to fix the problem or just leave us without a car??? My husband has to miss work tommorrow and I do as well to figure this out. This service has been a headache and I honestly expected way more from a huge dealership like this. More

My truck battery died and could get it to come one , I called the service department and advise them that I having AAA tow the truck to dealership, the the service adviser claimed that would not be able t called the service department and advise them that I having AAA tow the truck to dealership, the the service adviser claimed that would not be able to work on it until next week even though it was an emergency So next Thursday I bring the truck in and talk to the advisor Edgar about my issues including my key fob that I have ordered Asked me if I replace the battery Bottom line when I pick up the truck The new key fab wasn’t replaced Just changed the battery and reprogrammed the key and was charged for labor non the key fob and diagnostic Even though I have extended warranty When I went home the key the same key fob didn’t work and I had to bring it again for them to replace to original one I ordered If this kind of service going to continue to happen I will not bring my truck there or purchase any vehicle even though my truck was purchased at the dealers So. does I guess it doesn’t matter More
Very friendly phonr staff when making an appointment for a part recall item. Several friendly reminder phone calls for the scheduled appointment. Arrived a little before my appointment time, but had too wai a part recall item. Several friendly reminder phone calls for the scheduled appointment. Arrived a little before my appointment time, but had too wait approximately 20 minutes as there was only one service writer. Then was told the truck would not be done till late afternoon. When setting up the appointment I was made to believe it was a fairly quick job and I had planned to wait on site for it. All the staff I had contact with was extremely friendly and courteous. I would use this dealer/service again if I needed too with no hesitation. More
I scheduled an appointment at 9:15 in the morning, and my Jeep was never even looked at by a tech. No phone calls, even after I called to check on it, and was told that I would get a return call. Lack of communication. Made an appointment for a simple service with plenty of time and yet they kept my car overnight and called me 15 minutes prior to closing to tell me.
