Conrad helped us buy this awesome Durango, He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions, he also offeed to set up my phone for me. We would recommend Turlock, Chrysler Dodge and Conrad to anyone. we just love our new Durango! More

Price gouging and work left undone Well I said I would never be back to Turlock Dodge again after the 2017 bad experience, how ever my wife wanted to give them a try one more time. Sh Well I said I would never be back to Turlock Dodge again after the 2017 bad experience, how ever my wife wanted to give them a try one more time. She has a 2007 Chrysler Aspen that the fuel pump went out on. Was quoted one price of $500.00 parts and labor from the service manager, only to have another one "Tabatha" a day later try to raise the price up another $270.00 For things like wanting to charge extra money for removing the gas from the tank and putting it back in. Long story short they still got an extra $90.00 out of us total was $590.00. After getting it home the engine light came on, My wife called them and The woman named Tabatha in the service department told her that is nothing that they had done. I did a scan on it when I got home from work and scanner said that it was the Evap canister. Checking into this I found that the line to the Evap. canister was unhooked underneath where it goes to the gas tank. Would push our cars to another place before ever taking anything here again. More

Worst experience On 9/1/2018 My father in law and I came to the dealership to buy a truck. While talking the car salesman I noticed that he was somewhat disrespectful. On 9/1/2018 My father in law and I came to the dealership to buy a truck. While talking the car salesman I noticed that he was somewhat disrespectful. My father in law was trying to ask about the dealerships rebaits since what was listed online was not totally accurate and he wanted some questions answered. Well as soon As he asked the salesperson about the information the salesman became somewhat standoffish and cold. I had asked the sales guy why they would represent a sales price online and then say when we get there that it’s not 100% accurate? The sales guy then sat us down and tempted to take advantage of my father in law which is a disabled vet by the way and tempted to low ball him every which way possible . Then when we got up to leave they insalted my father in law by saying that his credit was horrible and pushed open the exit door to the dealership. I have purchased many oh vehicles and have never been so insaulted in my life. I will never recommend this place and I hope you folks go somewhere else to buy . More
