Makes promises cannot keep Wanted to make that sale! Before end of month! Promised to install sunroof even upted my payment for it, promised it would be covered in the warrant Wanted to make that sale! Before end of month! Only to find out it’s not, payment not coming down refund issued not the point no sunroof false promises. I woukd have wAited for a car with sunroof installed, but they promised! Prey on Women Service department tries to take advantage of women by recommending services that are not necessary. Wife took our van in for an Oil change and they Service department tries to take advantage of women by recommending services that are not necessary. Wife took our van in for an Oil change and they told her she needs to do the 15k service for $330. Check the manufacturer recommended service nothing about a 15k service. Also charged extra for services that when I called said was included with the oil change. I will never bring my vehicle back to this service department. Can't get much lower than preying on women to make money. More
