Not the greatest customer service. Commutation was very poor. At one point i was blamed for not answering questions that I had answered twice. Then I was told, “ I talk to 20 people a day, the conversation poor. At one point i was blamed for not answering questions that I had answered twice. Then I was told, “ I talk to 20 people a day, the conversation start to blend together.” I asked for someone that wasn’t so busy to work with and he stopped communicating, until I called him. Ultimately, we were not able to get a deal done. UPDATE! After posting this review, I received a harassing call from the sales person that helped me. He told me I had no right to post this review because it wasn’t his fault that He didn’t get the deal done. His final words were, “You know what bro, good luck getting a deal done at another dealership, because your credit isn’t that great.” And then he hung up on me. Very unprofessional! UPDATE To the update: I was able to get the Jeep I wanted at a much better price at Cabral CDJR in Manteca the day after my horrible experience at Turlock CDJR. Cabral has amazing service and professionalism. More
