While the mechanical aspect of my experience at Turlock Dodge was acceptable, the customer service was lacking. In past visits, I have been happy with the shuttle to a local shopping area within five minut Dodge was acceptable, the customer service was lacking. In past visits, I have been happy with the shuttle to a local shopping area within five minutes drive, to wait while my truck is serviced. This time I was told that service was no longer available due to Covid. So instead, I sat for two hours in a room with several strangers. Hopefully, they didn’t have Covid! When my truck was done, I was told it couldn’t be washed-again because of Covid? The excuse of Covid for these services to be denied is unacceptable! It is more like laziness and a decline in customer service. When I take my Lincoln for service, someone drives me home, or wherever I need to go, in my vehicle and my car is washed when I pick it up. No Covid excuses at Lincoln dealership, just great customer service! In addition to all this, I had to pull over on the freeway to properly close my truck hood! I doubt I will be returning to Turlock Dodge any time soon. More
