Very friendly phonr staff when making an appointment for a part recall item. Several friendly reminder phone calls for the scheduled appointment. Arrived a little before my appointment time, but had too wait approximately 20 minutes as there was only one service writer. Then was told the truck would not be done till late afternoon. When setting up the appointment I was made to believe it was a fairly quick job and I had planned to wait on site for it. All the staff I had contact with was extremely friendly and courteous. I would use this dealer/service again if I needed too with no hesitation. More
