Recently had to go through a major repair which took two weeks for the repair. I was kept in the loop throughout the process and. I feel I was treated very professionally by Dan , my service writer. It took 3 weeks to get a appointment for a tire balance/ rotation and longer if I wanted a diagnosis. I was quoted a $185 to diagnose a squeak not to include any repairs if needed.
