I contacted Tunkhannock Auto Mart on the internet as I was interested in the Dodge Nitro. From the start the dealership was very prompt in getting back to me with answers to all my qestions. He was patient with me as I live 26 miles away from the dealership and had to drive my car there and leave it there and come back to pick it up. Gary, the Finance Manager too was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable at what he does. Car buying can be tedious, but both Derek and Gary kept me informed constantly as to what they were doing so I was not left just sitting there wondering what was going on. There was a noise factor that I was concerned about and called Matt Kerr, the salesperson who showed us the car and sold it. I will say from the start that Matt was great to work with – a real pleasure to do business with, and knows the product very well. Anyway, he directed me to Jackie in service. She is a delight and certainly knows her business. She took steps that were far beyond her duties in seeing that I would receive a 100% satisfaction. I purchased a used vehicle from them and it was a great experience. I found the vehicle online and I am from Connecticut, so I drove all the way to Pennsylvania to pick it up. The Credit Manager assisted in finding me the best interest rate as well as explained the details of my credit report.
