After seeing a Chrysler T&C Van on the web page of Tunkhannock Auto Mart last Saturday morning, I called and received a very friendly operator who put me in touch with Eddie one of the sales reps on Tunkhannock Auto Mart last Saturday morning, I called and received a very friendly operator who put me in touch with Eddie one of the sales reps on the floor. We made an appointment for 2:00 pm and he had already taken the time to have the van I had asked about, washed and waiting on the front lot to look over and enjoy a test ride...after a short demo of new features on this model that our old van did not have, we took a short ride and I drove back to the office to discuss what kind of deal we could arrange. We all agreed that this was the van we should buy even though we were only "LOOKING" today. We felt a fair price was arrived at so a down payment was given and arrangements were made to pick-up the van this past Tuesday. Everyone on staff in the showroom were very friendly and Eddie was just "super". He made follow-up calls to be sure the time arranged was still a go and was waiting for us to close the deal Tuesday at 2:00 when we arrived. This is our fourth Town & Country Van and we just love all the upgrades from our 2004 model. We have already told a friend about TAM and Eddie along with a neighbor. I am sure when we are ready to buy again this is the first place we will visit and hopefully find that Eddie will be our salesperson, and if not someone in his family just as nice. Thanks for caring about your customers, something that is missing from so many businesses. First impressions do count and ours with both Eddie and TAM meant a lot. More
I visited several dealerships before going to Tunkhannock Auto Mart and couldn't believe what a difference in friendliness, knowledge and variety of vehicles. However, prior to our coming into Tunkhannock Auto Mart I had reviewed their inventory online. I submitted a request about purchasing a new car and received an immediate response from David Russell. He stayed in constant contact with me regarding questions I would approach him with. Upon arriving at the dealership David was friendly, helpful and informational from the start. He worked all day with us to make sure he got us into the Dodge Nitro we selected. I was tense and my husband was calm about the financing for the Nitro and David made a point to make me feel comfortable and relaxed as he put every effort into making our dream a reality. I will definitely be recommending Tunkhannock Auto Mart to everyone in the future as our experience there will never be forgotten and we will DEFINITELY recommend everyone go see DAVID!!!!!!!!!!!!! Was looking for a Jeep Wrangler for my daughter, so I filled out the online questionnaire and received a call back the next day from salesman Dave "Riley" Russell. I set up an appointment with him for the following day. He walked us around the lot and showed us his inventory. We picked out one we liked and took it for a test ride. He showed us all the features and ran us through the numbers. They offered us a great value on our trade in. We were very satisfied with the costs, so we did not even bother looking at other dealerships. We purchased the Jeep the next day. Dave was one of the main reasons we chose not to look anywhere else. He provided us with all the information we needed (in a non pressure like environment) and did it in a timely manner. He even met us after regular hours to accomodate our busy schedule. More

When we visited the dealership, our salesperson, Dave Russell, was very prompt and courteous. They were fare on price and Dave was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. The Dodge Nitro vehicle selection was not great, but it was better than any other dealership. i took my 2007 dodge dakota in for service because i was getting 6 miles to the gallon. they said they couldn't find anything wrong with it, and when i questioned them the threw me my keys and told me not getting 6 miles to the gallon. they said they couldn't find anything wrong with it, and when i questioned them the threw me my keys and told me not to come back. sales people are good, but a place like that is only as good as it weakest link and that is the service department. and let me tell you they are WEAK.
