I went to get my car checked out for some problems. They needed to do a diagnostic to figure out the problem. It took them 2 hours which is actually pretty good. The problem ended up being a bad batter They needed to do a diagnostic to figure out the problem. It took them 2 hours which is actually pretty good. The problem ended up being a bad battery. I told them to change it out and also change the oil. I then waited FOUR HOURS. I don't know if you've ever changed a battery, but it typically takes about 10 minutes from start to finish unless it's like under the engine which mine isn't. Changing oil should only take 30 minutes max as well. Any way, after the first 2 hours I ask the guy helping me how long it was going to take. He was very kind and said that it should be any minute now. Then another 2 hours go by and I go back to him, visibly annoyed, and ask what the hold up was. After he tracked down some mechanics, he found out that they were having a meeting with all of them. For four hours?! There were several customers that came in after me and left well before me. I told him that that was unacceptable. He then went back to the mechanics and cracked the whip on them. I had my car back about 20 minutes later. I was essentially held hostage for 4 hours for 20 minutes of work and then had to pay like 600$ for the pleasure. More
