James was very friendly but he was not the one who checked us in and we had a bit of a rough check in. It was obviously stuff that wasn’t needed but because I was a woman, they made it seem super important so I’d say yes. It felt manipulative honestly. When I spoke to James finally, he was great and totally dismissed it all, understandingly. I have 2 more maintenances included with my purchase but then I don’t think I’ll be back to service the car.
