Did not get my free car wash for buying new Tucson with my free oil change. They said they would vacuum car out and did not. The past couple times I have went the car wash has been down. I went there for a problem and they said they could not locate the problem but to me didn’t give it a full in depth check. This facility has horrible service. I have the maintenance program which includes filters. They have not changed them on the correct mileage and when I inquire about them not doing the I have the maintenance program which includes filters. They have not changed them on the correct mileage and when I inquire about them not doing there job, I’m told their is nothing they can do because it’s not stated for my next oil change. Which leaves me paying for filters two times. They don’t even care to try and work with you or be sensitive to the subject. Instead I’m given multiple numbers and told the manager won’t be able to talk to me and I could call and leave a message. I call genesis and they were a breath of fresh air and able to fix the problem. They was also lied to saying they changed my cabin filter, when they told me they have been on back order. These people are a complete joke and I will be finding another genesis dealership that have better people skills and trustworthy people even if I have to drive out my way. More
