Our records show that your most recent appointment was scheduled for a recall and states "customer just bought vehicle from carvana and wants a multi point inspection performed". We perform a multi point inspection on all vehicles that come into the shop for any reason. We do apologize if there was something specific you were wanting to have checked that the scheduled appointment time did not allow for.
