drop our car for two recalls. Wasn't told they could not do one of them because their machine was broke. Appt for 1130. Was told it would be about 2 hours. Asked for shuttle home. Two hours later no shuttle, car not ready. They Uber-ed me home. I called the three hours later about my car, and they told me "it's just now finished." How convenient. Five hours! When I brought the car in, I told the girl my tire had a slow leak, please check it out. She said, "Well check to see if there's a nail or something. ". When I picked it up, I asked about the tire. The guy told me "Oh they checked everything." Left over holidays for Colorado. Had to fill tire twice. When I got back, I took car to Discount Tire, and guess what. There was a nail in the tire. They fixed it for free. I also found out that they do tire rotation and balancing for free. I paid you for that service. Not at all happy about that experience. Terrible. More

They perform the work expected. It took me five phone calls over two days to get a return call. I wanted to confirm my car was delivered via tow truck as it was after hours when it was dropped off.
