Very poor service. They lost my key and now they have lost my intake tube and denied they even knew it was missing before I sent it to Regional Hyundai. I can’t get ahold of the service manager to ask for financial aid and now I have to pay for parts and labor on something that is not even part of the original part that was needing fixed. Regional Hyundai has done a better job on getting my car ready and all that is needed is the part that Tulsa Hyundai has “ lost” . If I could be compensated somehow for the $150 or so for labor that would be great! Hyundai customer care team has compensated me for the $115 for the part. This dealership needs to be reviewed before others are screwed over as well. More
