Thank you for your review and we are grateful for the opportunity to answer your question. We completely understand your skepticism as this deal is almost unbelievable. We achieve these payments through residual based financing. This particular deal is a balloon called Hyundai Plus offered exclusively through Hyundai Motor Finance. First off we sell a new 2015 SE Sonata for $21300 then you get an additional reduction of $3500 in Hyundai Incentives. Then you the customer put down $3400 in down payment cash,this reduces the finance amount and greatly lowers the payment. The term is 36 months and the rate 2.75% to achieve a payment of $99 per month. At the end of the term there's a "balloon" or final payment that you either make, refi or walk away from. It's a great way to get a new car at a low payment. There are multiple ways to finance a new Hyundai and on our website we have several vehicles with several options this month during our "Let's talk Turkey" event. You can also call the store or stop by and we'll gladly run through all the options. This, as well as most specially advertised financing isn't through the dealer, but set up by the dealer and requires well qualified buyers via scores and history. Lonnie C., We are saddened that you are less than satisfied with the Genesis that you purchased. We are proud of Hyundai's quality and honored to sell vehicles with such amazing warranties and quality ratings by sources such as JD Power. If there is a particular performance problem you are having, we will gladly look at the same in our service department and do everything we possibly can to get the issue resolved to your satisfaction. As for your belief that we are "liars" or "crooks," we find that saddening. We did everything we could to get you approved to purchase a new vehicle and secure financing. This is exactly what we promised we would do. Despite there being obstacles we were able to overcome all of them and do exactly what we said we would and exactly what you wanted (ie sell you a vehicle and secure a loan in your favor to accomplish such purchase). Did we attempt to sell you a number of products (ie GAP policy and warranty products) along the way to protect you from future issues that may arise regardless of how well you take care of your vehicle? Yes we did. We offer these products to every customer, and sincerely feel as though they provide real value to our customers (ie keep customers from having to pay out of pocket for future repairs, having a deficiency balance if their vehicle is totaled, etc.). Since you chose not to purchase any of these products, we hope that circumstances do not ever lead to you needing the protection that they could have provided.
