I traded in a car for a CPO SUV. The price was good, and my salesman was okay. Their employees are all very young, in their early to mid-20s. My salesman wanted to do whatever he could to make me happy, which was a plus for me, but the finance guy, as soon as he got to the point of showing me the extended warranty crap, I advised him that I was NOT interested in that nor any additional insurance protection. The moment I told him this, he went berserk on me trying to explain the info to me and he became very disrespectful. I almost got up and walked out, if not for the fact that they gave me a good price on the SUV I wanted, plus a decent amount on my trade. It also took them almost a month to get my out-of-state registration done for me. Another lesson learned, never go to Tulley again. More
