Good Afternoon, My name is Jay Van Sciver and I’m the GM for Tulley BMW of Manchester. I was sorry to read about your poor 1st experience with Tulley BMW of Manchester. I've researched the situation and found that we had the vacuum line in stock in to perform the recall on your BMW. The reason the recall wasn't completed at this time is due to the fact that our Technician found further components that needed replacement due to oil that accumulated in the brake master cylinder. These additional parts we do not stock due to the infrequency of replacement. It sounds as if the situation wasn't handled properly on the communication side which I apologize for. I can assure you that this isn't a typical experience for our clients and I can assure that by you writing this survey this issue will be addressed and resolved. We take great pride in customer service and have a proven track record in this category. I wish you had the experience that would allow me to say the same about your particular visit. Please allow me to make your second visit easier by offering to pick your vehicle up so you won't be inconvenienced. Is there anything else I could do for you to make this situation better?
