Everything was quickly completed and all items were checked to my satisfaction. The service rep - Wendy Angelini - did a great job of finding out my concerns, passing the info on to the techs, and then explaining what they did to me before I left. As always, here at Tucson Subaru, service was completed in short order and everything was done perfectly. The car wash bonus is appreciated as I live on a dirt road and my car is always dirty. The last time I was there someone brought in their Honda to get it serviced, the driver said that they like the Subaru service department better - now that is a high recommendation. More

Curt most always was involved in the servicing of my Fore I have taken my beloved 1998 Subaru Forester for service since my return to Tucson in 2005. Curt most always was involved in the servicing of my Forester. He was always honest and fair and would make recommendations based on what was best for my situation, rather than what would bring in the most money for the dealership. It was to my delight, when my beloved Forester finally had given me all it had, that I found out that Curt was now in sales. I had no money to purchase a new car or even a used car, so Curt steered me to a lease option and package that virtually leaves me worry free for three years. I was also helped out by Tim who was full of non-stop jokes during the paperwork phase of the lease. His lighthearted manner eased the tension and anxiety I was experiencing as I have never before had a brand new vehicle to drive. I am so pleased with my experience at Tucson Subaru, that I will continue to be loyal to them. They treat customers right and must certainly treat their employees well, given that Curt has been there for as long as I have been a customer. Thanks to Wendy in service who was professional and caring upon giving me the news about my old Forester. More
Outstanding Service 11/3/14 We called Tucson Subaru when our Check Engine light came on along with Cruse Control and another light.. I had done all the things in the 11/3/14 We called Tucson Subaru when our Check Engine light came on along with Cruse Control and another light.. I had done all the things in the manual, plus checked the fluid levels. Wendy Angelini felt it was safe to drive and asked us to bring it in. We made an appointment, brought it in and within a short time the problem, a minor one was diagnosed. The lights were fixed and a new part was ordered and was received within a couple of days. Wendy called and we made an appointment. Again a quick fix. The entire staff is clean, friendly, helpful, and willing to assist their customers. The lounge is comfortable, assuring a pleasant wait. Dealer succeeds where Insurance company fails Tucson Subaru's Service Dept. went Above and Beyond the call of duty. I had the misfortune to hit some debris on the road hidden by weeds. We return Tucson Subaru's Service Dept. went Above and Beyond the call of duty. I had the misfortune to hit some debris on the road hidden by weeds. We returned home and changed to the toy tire automakers call a spare and limped to the dealership 62 miles away. I stopped twice to make sure everything was OK, it was. When we got to the dealership the spare was sitting at a funny angle. All was not well. The Dealership started working with the insurance adjustors and we went on a scheduled trip to Virginia so I could officiate at my son's wedding. We kept in touch with the dealership and adjustors. For reasons best known to the insurance company, they insisted on a used part for some of the front suspension. I objected and became quite upset when the part turned out to be damaged and insisted on new OEM parts. The service department removed the damaged goods and installed new parts. Grades: Tucson Subaru A++++, Adjustors F---, Insurance Agent A. We finally received the repaired vehicle one week (and two loaner cars later) after we expected it. The adjustors tried to save less than $100 with the used part. It cost them my good will plus the extra fees for installing then removed damaged goods. Would you want used parts on your cars front end suspension system? I wouldn't, especially considering that most of our driving is high speed Interstate.. More
