Don't bother with Chat I spent probably 15 minutes on their chat line trying to find out how much a particular scheduled maintenance service would cost, only to be informed I spent probably 15 minutes on their chat line trying to find out how much a particular scheduled maintenance service would cost, only to be informed that someone would have to contact me with that information. How hard is it to look up a price? Now six days later I still have not heard from them. Guess they don't need my business and they will not get it. More

Made the impossible, possible I came in to to have my 2013 Outback serviced. As I was getting ready to wait, I noticed a sign in the lobby saying Tucson Subaru was looking for cert I came in to to have my 2013 Outback serviced. As I was getting ready to wait, I noticed a sign in the lobby saying Tucson Subaru was looking for certain cars to trade or buy. My car was one of the models. So I thought, why not ask what the value was? I had been struggling to make the large payment and was looking to lower my monthly bills. The problem was my credit, it had taken a hit the past few years and now facing retirement I had no idea how to manage the 5 year loan. Gil had the answer! He said he could put me in a brand new CrossTrek XV with a 3 year lease and still save me $67.00 on my monthly payment. No money down. Traci in Finance gave me the happy news I could also have a 3 year maintenance plan, and be covered for 2 years under warranty. A great deal. I was sold and now happy to say I have a great new car and the sunroof I always wanted! Thank you Tucson Subaru! Gail C. More
