Service was not done right My complaint is that the tires were dangerously over-inflated. They read between 51-55 PSI and the cold rating is 28. I discovered the problem after driving the car, including at freeway speeds for 4 days. The tire warning light came on- the spare was underinflated by 20 pounds (Checking the spare was not part of the service). I then decided to check the other tires- just in case. That's when the problem was discovered. I left a message for the service manager but he is "not available" More

I will choose him again in a heartbeat, to be sure, for any future issues (and I have another major one needing to be done). I hope this praise does not bump him up into an administrative role, because he is superb in working with people/clients -- a salary raise from the dealership would be more appropriate for him . As well, the mechanic who perfomed the service, Mr. Cristobal Gamas (can anyone have a more cool name?) has done a most excellent job, both in providing the required reapair, but also in checking multiple facets of my car's conditiion...and, leaving the engine compartment looking like new, i.e. cleaner that I've seen it since new -- dusty Arizona deposits layers of the stuff everywhere -- it was all gone when I picked up my car! IMO he did not have to do this, but I thank and praise him for doing so. Mr. Gamas is "golden"! Do you undestand my 5-star review now? More
